Downtown Wilmington’s only immersive haunted house experience!
The Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House & Gardens, in collaboration with theater production company Pineapple-Shaped Lamps, are proud to present Wilmington Horror Story: Mansions of Madness, an immersive haunted house experience like none other! For four nights only (October 26, 27, 28 and 31), the Bellamy and the Burgwin-Wright will be transformed into interactive theatrical experiences designed to deliver maximum thrills!
This year’s theme, Mansions of Madness, will focus on secret societies and religious cults. In the Bellamy Mansion, guests will don masks and hobnob with cloaked members of a mysterious group, who have gathered in the mansion for a nefarious purpose. At the Burgwin-Wright House, guests will be inducted into a Jim Jones-style religious sect, where not all is as it seems, and no one can be trusted, least of all the group’s charismatic leader.
Tours will begin at 7pm at both houses, and groups will continue to be admitted until Midnight. Tickets are $35 but only $17.50 through encoreDEALS—limited quantity!
Refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be sold at both houses.
The Bellamy Mansion is located at 503 Market St, on the corner of 5th and Market, and the Burgwin-Wright House is located at 224 Market St, on the corner of 3rd and Market. Please be advised that both houses may contain content not suitable for small children.
